Continuous innovation and respect for the environment in order to continue to offer Cristallina marble, the only Swiss marble, to future generations all over the world. Our Vision is to offer it not only in the form of final products but also reusing the surplus giving life to other elements, reducing waste to a minimum. Cristallina marble is unique and inimitable, therefore every single element is enhanced.
Experience
In 1946, pioneers started quarrying the only Swiss marble, Cristallina®. Since then, Cristallina SA has been quarrying and processing Cristallina® using the knowledge and experience it has acquired over many years.
Tradition and passion
Since 2010, Cristallina SA belongs to the Maurino family for whom the extraction of natural stone and its processing is a family tradition which began in 1894 in Biasca with the extraction of granite. Nowadays the Maurino family works on seven quarries, all in Ticino (Switzerland), where they extract the different qualities of natural stones that they then offer all over the world.

The extensive experience is not everything. The company’s strength lies in the ongoing innovation, which allows Cristallina SA to keep up with the times and offer customers an impeccable service and work.
Customer orientation
The continuous research of new processing techniques has allowed Cristallina SA to offer the customer, in addition to the quality of the marble, a 360° support. Each project is made to measure and the entire process is followed step by step with the customer.
Sustainability
Cristallina marble is 100% natural and local. All processing takes place in Biasca (TI – Switzerland) with state-of-the-art machinery and the surplus from the cuts is reused and recycled.
Made in Switzerland
Cristallina SA operates exclusively in Switzerland, in compliance with the high quality standards. The company extracts the marble in the Cristallina quarry in Peccia (TI) and then processes it in the manufacturing plants in Biasca (TI) according to the customer’s needs.
